Every wine is uniquely prepared by our winemaker Dr. Gregg Amore. Each season brings its own special challenges and blessings that result in the unique character of every vintage. Our location in the narrow limestone belt of the Lehigh Valley gives our soil a rich array of minerals which add a unique complexity to all our wine.
You get to sample our special wine in the warmth of our newly renovated two-hundred year old building. We are often told that our facility radiates with an old world historic feel like no other. There are hundreds to choose from in our catalog or we can work with you to custom design you own unique signature label. This makes gift giving for holidays and special occasions a real joy. Our loyal customers return often to enjoy our wine as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables in summer, flower and vegetable plants in spring, pumpkins, gourds, mums, cider and apples in fall; and Christmas trees, wreaths and special arrangements in December.
We are a "home-grown enterprise. Our label was designed by Gregg's wife Diane. You can frequently find family members in the winery, vineyards, field and serving you from the bar.
Amoré Vineyards started in 2000 with 5.5 acres of vines so we could "grow the wine" we provide to you from our winery. Grape varieties now growing are Concord, Niagara, Cayuga, Vidal, Chambourcin, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Riesling.
